ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
“Three Pines takes its name from three pine trees encountered at three pivotal moments in my life — each one a symbol of stability, resilience, and renewal. Today, they still remind me to stay rooted in what matters most, grow through what is hardest, and branch out into a brighter future.”
Kate is an organizational psychologist and executive coach with two decades of experience leading strategy and change in client- and member-driven organizations. As a coach, facilitator, and consultant, she helps leaders and teams make the most of who they are and realize the possibilities aligned with their purpose.
Before founding Three Pines Partners, Kate held senior roles in financial services, where she guided two industry-shaping mergers, transformed the business model and culture of a global regulatory body, and developed leadership and organizational capability throughout. She has lived and worked across three continents, an experience that shapes how she meets leaders in their own contexts.
Kate is based in London and partners with clients around the world.
